Skibro Survey Competition Terms and Conditions

2. Eligibility: This competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over.
3. Competition Period: The competition commences on 8th May 2024 at 15:00 and all entries must be submitted by 17th May 2024 at 18:00 . Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.
4. How to Enter: To enter the competition, you must complete the survey on www.skibro.com. Completion includes answering all required questions. No purchase is necessary. Internet access and a valid email address are required to enter.
5. Prize: The prize consists of one John Lewis voucher valued at £200. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
6. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be chosen at random from all complete and eligible entries received before the deadline. The draw will take place within [Number of Days] days of the closing date. The winner will be notified by email (using the details provided at entry) within [Number of Days] days of being chosen. If the winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
9. General: We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the promoter will be final.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
