"Experienced ski coach, who is in love with freeride."
My name is Nicolas Orlandi, I’m 24 years old and I was born in a small city near Milan. Thanks to my parents passion I started skiing at the age of three during winter holidays, and never stopped since then. Growing up I discovered freestyle, so at 14 I moved to Aosta valley in order to attend to the local ski college in Courmayeur and follow my ski dream.
I started competing and training regularly in the Snowparks of Cervinia and Pila in winter and Zermatt in summer. After a few years I was regularly invited at sponsored events as Modena skipass, Vertical tour, Railway to heaven and such. In 2014 I graduated from linguistic high school. After school I decided to start a career as a ski instructor, so I began my formation with Swiss Snowsports and spent two winters teaching in Zermatt.
Being in love with Freeride and having spent too much time under the Matterhorn, In 2017 I decided to move to Verbier working for Adrenaline ski school. My current goal in skiing is to compete in the Freeride world tour qualifiers and possibly get a qualification for the tour.
